XI Technologies’ Response to COVID-19

As we all know, the current situation and the world’s response to COVID‑19 is rapidly changing and updating by the day. XI wanted to reassure everyone that we are doing all we can to ensure business continuity and plan to remain fully open and operational throughout this crisis. Here are the steps we are taking at this time:

  • All XI staff are currently working remotely. As a technology company, we have always been positioned for remote work and specifically tested our capacity to do so weeks ago in preparation for this eventuality.
  • All of our products are hosted in a Tier 3 Data Centre that conforms to Service Organization Control 2 (SOC2). The SOC 2 certification ensures that information security practices, policies, procedures, and operations meet or surpass rigorous SOC 2 standards. This will help ensure business continuity of all our products for our clients.
  • Support for our products will be monitored during regular business hours via chat within our applications and email at support@xitechnologies.com. Any phone calls to our support line will go to voice mail, which will also be monitored by our support staff.
  • All in person training is suspended until further notice, but remote training will be available through Teams, Skype, or Zoom. Please let us know if you are interested in this.

We will continue to monitor and update our policies throughout this process and will notify you of any changes that could potentially affect our clients.
